At Veirdo, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your apparel within 15 days of delivery. Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags for a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the product remains in its original condition with all brand tags attached.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to pick up the package and provide a return receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will trigger your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
